Built to process product feeds
We natively support Google Shopping-style XML feeds, but our system can handle virtually any format — including CSV, TXT, and custom data structures.
Flexible Field Syncing
We support syncing with both default and custom fields — no need for Odoo Studio. If needed, we can create new custom fields for you, and you’ll be able to sync data using both the standard fields and any newly added custom ones.
Quantity Syncing
We typically sync products that are in stock or available for backorder, as actual stock levels are often less relevant. However, if needed, we can also sync precise quantities to match your specific requirements.
Multiple Syncs Per Day
Depending on the number of items, we can run sync operations multiple times throughout the day. You have full control over the schedule — simply choose the times that best suit your workflow.
Easily Extend Syncing Scope
If you need to sync an object that’s not included in the default package, we can quickly extend our solution to accommodate it — often at no additional cost.
Safe Product Handling
We never permanently delete products. If a supplier removes an item from the feed — possibly by mistake — we archive it instead. This ensures data integrity and avoids unintended loss of product information.
Category and Tag Management
We create both internal and website categories to ensure products are displayed in the correct sections on your site. This structure also allows you to leverage Odoo’s powerful pricelist feature — enabling formula-based pricing and other advanced strategies.

Feed-Free Product Syncing
No XML feed? No problem. We can sync products directly from your website to any Odoo system — including Odoo Community, Enterprise, or Online Ecommerce — without relying on a product feed.
Smart Replacement Logic
Need to customize supplier data? We can set up simple replacement rules, allowing you to swap out supplier branding, domains, or URLs with your own — ensuring consistency across your storefront.
